Bachelor's Degree - University degree (or equivalent level degree) in nuclear or other engineering, physical science, mathematics, international relations, public administration, business administration, project management or a safeguards related discipline.

At least 5 years of working experience in in one of the following areas: nuclear safeguards, project management or the nuclear fuel cycle.
