Technical proposal specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Analyze client requirements and convert them into technical scope.
• Propose suitable tech stacks (Unity, Unreal, mobile, backend, etc.).
• Draft proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation using AI tools.
• Conduct initial discussions with clients via calls or chat.
• Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility and estimates.
• Handle objections, follow-ups, and close deals.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical bidding, pre‑sales, or software domain.
• Strong understanding of Unity/Unreal (preferred), mobile and web app architecture, APIs, backend basics, and deployment concepts.
