Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Chipping Warden. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop and ensuring a smooth flow of work for technicians.

The Role:
Manage workshop jobs using the in-house DMS system

Create and process approval jobs for vehicle estimates

Raise and manage workshop job cards

Issue gate releases for technician road testing

Liaise with parts departments and brand teams to ensure a consistent workflow for technicians

Support with vehicle progress tracking through the workshop

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
What We’re Looking For:
Previous administration experience (automotive experience desirable)

Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills
