Technical Services Engineer

Job Requirements

• Candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a closely related field.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Powerpoint, MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating product literature, including brochures, manuals, and technical documents.
• Inspect and verify incoming products from abroad to ensure they meet quality and specification standards, and prepare the necessary inspection reports.
• Document all technical concerns and ensure they are communicated to the Technical Manager for appropriate action.
• Conduct product presentations for clients, partners, or internal teams to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager
