• Possess expertise in implementing enterprise systems, including Genetec, Ccure, AMAG, Lenel, Milestone and ProWatch.
• Develop detailed project plans, conceptual design, pre‑construction design, establish key timelines, update programming design sheets, drawings, schematic design, reports, documentation and address compliance requirements.
• Oversee the design, installation, configuration, integration and testing of comprehensive security systems, such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, Public Address System, intercom and intrusion detection alarms.
• Lead subcontractor kickoff meetings to align project objectives, schedule, timeline, installation and commissioning standards.
