Job Description
- Diagnostic of timepieces.
- Battery replacement includes replacement of case back gaskets and other components to ensure water-resistance of the timepiece
- Strap replacement and metal bracelet adjustment.
- Time setting and adjustment of the calendar on complicated timepieces
- Support the front desk when necessary to engage with the clients on any technical clarifications.
- Provide technical support to the Point-of-sales (POS) on issues related to maintenance of the products
- Visit or communicate with the POS regularly (at least once a month) to provide training and technical support
- Ensure the tools and equipment at the POS are adequately maintained
