Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Perform on-site installation, commission, maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair of customer’s semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of the equipment.

Coordinate and communicate the status of assigned jobs to internal and external stakeholders.

Generate quotations (as required) and prepare field service reports on customer support activity.

At least a NITEC, diploma, or related certification in electronics or mechanical engineering.

At least 3 years of relevant working experience with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing equipment.

Experience with tape lamination, tape removal, wafer mounting, wafer grinding, wafer sawing, wafer scribing, wafer breaking, UV irradiation, or relevant semiconductor manufacturing equipment from manufacturers like Takatori, Lintec, Nitto, Longhill, T...
