Job Description
**Introduction**
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer (Part of Global Product Support Team). The responsibility will be to work directly with IBM Verify Governance customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and interface with Product Engineering team.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Provide technical support to IBM Verify Governance customers.
* Identity, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and resolve.
* Interface with Product Engineering team.
* Ready to work 24*7 on support as well as weekend on rotation basis.
* Document technical issues and work with engineering team to provide defect fixes.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Hands-on experience with IBM Identity Manager, IBM Directory Integrator, IBM Directory Server, IBM Verify Governance
