Singaporean / PR only Role Summary The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration of airport operational systems and supporting infrastructure environments. This role supports mission-critical operational systems across networking, virtualization, servers, security platforms, and operational systems while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure operational stability and service continuity. The successful candidate should possess strong troubleshooting capability, operational discipline, willingness to learn, and the ability to support multiple infrastructure and operational platforms within a fast-paced airport operational environment.
