Position Summary

We are looking for a Technician or Electrician interested in becoming a Technical Trainer . The Technical Trainer plays a vital role in delivering both classroom and hands‑on training to internal technicians and inspectors, as well as Konecranes customers who operate, inspect, and maintain overhead and mobile cranes. Training sessions are conducted either at Konecranes training facilities or on customer sites.

Besides providing training, the trainer collaborates with colleagues to develop, update, and improve instructional materials, ensuring they meet industry standards and the changing needs of crane operators and maintenance personnel.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively teach and demonstrate crane operation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Training will ...
