Role Responsibilities

1. Training Design & Development

• Develop structured training programs, modules, and materials for technical teams.
• Create training manuals, presentations, assessments, and hands‑on exercises.
• Update training content regularly to reflect new technologies, tools, and processes.
• Design onboarding technical training programs for new hires.

2. Training Delivery

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands‑on technical training sessions.
• Deliver training on systems, tools, troubleshooting techniques, and operational processes.
