Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training to teams, distributors, resellers, and installers
- Conduct product demos and workshops
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
- Train partners on setup, configuration, and applications
- Support sales with technical product knowledge
- Provide field-based training and support
- Relay market feedback and insights to product teams
- Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across channels
Non-negotiable requirements:
- 3 5 years proven hands-on experience in networking, ICT, or hardware-based technical environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, access points, IP systems)
- Experience delivering technical training or product enablement
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
