We are seeking a Junior IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT support team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build their career in IT support. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support to end users, assist with Microsoft and Office 365 applications, basic network troubleshooting, VPN connectivity, internet issues, and remote user support. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, remote access, and on-site assistance. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems.
