Matric with Pharmacy Technician Diploma (02 Years)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Pharmacists and Technicians to ensure adequate maintenance of Pharmacy inventory and adherence to protocols during shift changes under Shift In-Charge Pharmacist supervision. Maintain all records and documentation.
• Under Pharmacist supervision, accurately fill patient requisitions per issued prescriptions and patient drug profiles.
• Ensure medications are packaged, labelled, and delivered promptly to end users/nursing stations.
• Maintain, monitor, and replenish inventory stock, and prepare requisitions for required items.
• When assigned to Cath Lab/Radiology: maintain consignment item records.
• Document consumption of procedural items by obtaining countersigned hard copies of utilization forms.
