Technology Solutions Partner (Halifax Regional Municipality)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technology Solutions Partner (TSP) to support the Atlantic region (Halifax, Newfoundland, New Brunswick) Canada Life offices, advisors, and firms—both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology training and consulting to advisors and firms to adopt new technology, maximize user efficiency, and increase collaboration.
• Support pilot, implementation, and evaluation of business-sponsored and project-initiated technology training.
• Review advisor and firm technology processes and tools, and consult to offer training and solutions to grow their business.
• Assist end users with incorporating emerging technology and practices into their business.
• Conduct technology training needs analysis for advisors and firms.
• Identify and communicate best practices for technology training delivery to head office partners.
