There is lots of variety in this role to keep you on your toes. It not only covers level 1‑2 support, but also administration, improving processes/materials and developing a more automated service for the future.

Relationship management is another important part of this role as the team further implements the Agile methodology. You will be responsible for liaising across Technology and providing support up to senior management and Board level.
