Job Description
We are looking for Telecommunication Sales Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in international inbound sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from USA customers
- Sell Internet, TV, Home Phone & Home Security services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans
- Maintain accurate customer records
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecom sales experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Ability to work Night Shift (USA hours) – On-site
