Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated and experienced **Tempest Engineer** to join our team as an **Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Tempest Specialist.**
This role supports our mission to secure and strengthen electromagnetic protection across advanced electronic systems. As a Tempest Professional, you will play a key role in ensuring systems are designed, tested, and certified to meet rigorous electromagnetic compatibility and security standards. You will collaborate closely with engineers, program managers, and stakeholders to lead compliance efforts aligned with CNSSP-510 and NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92. **This position will be relocating to Herndon, VA by the summer of 2026.**
