Job Description

Primarily responsible for quarterbacking the identification, pursuit, and success of sales opportunities across Automation, Engineering, and Reliability Solutions within the assigned territory and/or market segments—leading the charge while leveraging a team of technical subject matter experts (SMEs) who support you in solution development and implementation.

  • Develop expertise in automation, reliability, and third-party product solutions for clients in your territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies in collaboration with internal sales teams.
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans, including competitive analysis and client engagement strategies.
  • Lead diverse sales teams through project pursuits, including engineers, solution architects, and account managers.
