What you will be doing:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on the luxury segment.
Build and manage relationships with architects, high-end builders, and developers.
Conduct professional presentations and lunch & learns for architecture and design firms.
Apply value-added selling techniques to position North Shore Door as the preferred premium solution.
Prospect and cold call to identify new opportunities (hunter mentality).
Provide education and support on high-end window systems.
Represent North Shore Door brand at trade shows and industry events.
Work with internal teams on quotes, project management, and customer service.
Stay current on design trends and competitive products.
