Job Roles & Responsibilities
: -
Manage software/firmware deliverables, validation schedules, and releases (SW, drivers, BIOS, EC, HW drivers). Align with system and cross-functional teams for SW/FW/Test readiness. Oversee internal teams, ensuring quality and schedule adherence. Define workflows, engagement models, and governance structures for validation. Review and consolidate validation data; communicate readiness to stakeholders. Triage and prioritize issues (3LS, DCRs, OBS) and drive resolution efficiency. Track risks, identify process improvements, and implement solutions. Govern and execution through audits, RACI models, and milestone tracking.
