Test Engineer

• Be responsible for the testing and verification of power converter products and new DC distribution systems. Formulate and maintain verification and testing plans and schemes for R&D projects at different stages. • Execution testing mainly in electrical, firmware, EMC, safety, reliability, components of multi-type test task, identify and report issues, and support designers in troubleshooting. • Process, analyze and interpret test data to pinpoint potential risks and performance bottlenecks; deliver high-quality test reports & summaries, maintain the defect database. • Partner closely with the R&D team to root-cause test-identified issues, track progress and drive defect closure. • Ensure agile and cost-effective test execution aligned with project delivery timelines • Contribute to the development roadmap of the new lab, advance its automation and digital transformation. • Establish the R&D test case database and streamlined test workflows to achieve end-to-end test coverage. • Ment...
