Test Engineer

Job Objectives Execute and implement test solutions to characterize and validate photonics devices. Coordinate test setups, fixtures, and equipment capabilities in alignment with the company's technology and product roadmap. Integrate test systems with in-house manufacturing processes to ensure stable, efficient, and reliable production testing. Support continuous improvements in test efficiency, automation, and data analysis to enhance product quality and yield. Duties and Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain test workstations and production testers, primarily for optoelectronics, laser chips, and electronic components. Analyze test data to identify yield and process improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
