About the Role

•Ensure systems are delivered with high quality, minimal defects, and controlled production risks.
• Establish and continuously improve testing frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Manage testing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to support successful project outcomes.
• Provide assurance that functional and non-functional requirements are validated against defined business needs.

Establish a standardized testing methodology, including test strategy, test planning, test case design, execution, and defect governance.

Define and enforce quality gates across SIT, UAT, NFT, regression, and production validation.
