Job Description
PGS Worldwide is seeking a Tool Design Engineer in El Segundo, California for a 6-month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This onsite position supports the design and development of industrial tooling, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and support equipment for production and experimental use. The role works closely with manufacturing, operations, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver tooling solutions that meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety requirements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline
- Experience with industry-standard design tools including NX CAD and CATIA
- Knowledge of manufacturing, fabrication processes, and machine shop practices
