This position provides analytical expertise, data insights, and actionable recommendations that support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Canfor’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and pension plans. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives while contributing to decision-making.

A Day in the Life of the Total Rewards Analyst Includes:

Total Rewards Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to assess competitiveness.

Analyze and support delivery of pay structures, salary/wage increases, and incentive programs.

Monitor utilization and cost trends; recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and cost efficiency.
