Job Description
The role is expected to support the Total Rewards agenda including compensation and Benefits, employee wellness, policies etc. This position reports to the Compensation Leader and will work closely with internal stakeholders like Strategic Consulting team, Talent development, Finance, Brand Marketing team etc to deliver Total Reward solutions.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Manage the compensation increase exercise – including budgeting, administering and the letter rollout process.
- Variable pay bonus – administration and rollout of variable pay bonus letters.
- Participate in annual salary surveys and provide analysis and recommendations for any job match and/or level changes.
- Partner with Talent shared services team to ensure accuracy in HR data including compensation, levels, titles, bonus program.
- Create ad‑hoc reports and analysis as necessary.
- Payroll administration – revision inputs, VPB inputs etc.
