Pay Rate: $21.31 /hour
Position Type: Seasonal (May-October)
Job Duties Include:
- Provide ongoing training of Tour Operations Agents
- Review Winter contracts to put together a promotional document for the tour operations agent to ensure accurate billing
- Establish and maintain good working relationships between the hotel and tour companies and their representatives
- Ensure accurate billing to Tour companies, complete “No Show” FIT billing, and cancelled tour billing
