Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase and sales data entry and maintain accurate filing of sales documents
- Prepare, print, and distribute purchase and sales documentation (email/fax/print)
- Organise and prepare documents for billing processes
- Coordinate with trading staff, customers, and vendors to support daily operations
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements, import/export regulations, and legal standards
- Monitor shipment progress, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving delays or discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation
- Maintain accurate trade records and prepare periodic management reports
- Analyse operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
