Trade Services - Derivatives & FX Trade Services (AVP)

As a Trading Operations Specialist at OCBC, you will be at the heart of our trading operations, ensuring seamless execution and settlement of trades. You will collaborate closely with traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to provide top‑notch support and drive business growth.

• Own and govern the Control Framework of the team (EOD checklist, incident management, timely breaks management, etc).
• Review and implement new business processes into the team.
• Own and govern processes executed in line with SOPs of the Team and ensure Team Members understand their roles.
• Own and govern the client delivery framework and ensure team members understand the Client Experience and its impact.
• Own the exceptions and escalations in the team and facilitate completion when necessary.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
