About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our Mobile Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining and optimising the performance of mining fleet equipment.

In this hands-on position, you will carry out planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault diagnosis on a range of mobile plant equipment, ensuring assets remain safe, reliable, and available for production. You’ll work collaboratively with supervisors, planners, and fellow tradespeople to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with operational targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance, servicing, and breakdown repairs on mobile mining equipment

  • Conducting fault finding and diagnostics to minimise downtime

  • Completing work orders, maintenance records, and shift handovers accurately

  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safety, environmental, and site compliance standards
