Trading Educator

We are looking for a charismatic and knowledgeable Trading Educator / Host with real market experience to lead trader education, live sessions, and onboarding within our prop firm ecosystem . This person should understand both trading and entertainment. The ideal candidate can simplify concepts, build trust with traders, and create a structured learning environment that increases trader retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Host live trading sessions, breakdowns, and market analysis
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new traders
• Explain firm rules and evaluation structures clearly
• Help traders improve performance and navigate evaluations
• Create recurring educational series, webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions
• Collaborate with marketing team for content clips and social media material
• Help establish the educational identity and philosophy of the firm
