Responsibilities

• You will support the Logistics Manager
• You will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Sourcing team
• You will assist in the preparation of RFPs and contracts (for subcontractors and suppliers) and in communication with the parties involved (business partners, suppliers, subcontractors)
• You will assist in the management of project-related documentation and virtual data rooms
• You will provide support in market analysis and project related research
• You will participate in the preparation and analysis of tender results

Qualifications

• You have an undergraduate degree or finished studies in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business related, or a comparable one
• You are advanced in MS Office
• You are fluent in Spanish and English, any other language (e.g., Portuguese) is a plus <...
