Trainee Financing & Client Services - ATM

As a trainee, you will provide support for the business conducted by the FCS Department, that cooperates with the Energy & Real Assets (ERA), Trade Finance (ITB) and Corporate and Leverage Finance (CLF) departments for both Agency role, bilateral and syndicated transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Entry and maintenance of the deals in SMAC and Loantracker (dedicated deals tools). Liaise with Financing and Trade Operations (FTO) for daily running of all deals.
• Maintain diary systems to ensure all actions on the portfolio are monitored.
• Follow-up cash flows for the portfolio including managing drawdowns and repayments for loans, liaising with FTO.
• Ensure that a high level of interaction and communication is maintained with the Front Office to ensure full knowledge of developments in the agency and non-agency roles, waivers etc
