Your Role

Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a New Product Development Trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to join a multicultural team of 7 professionals spread across 3 different geographies. You’ll support both local and global projects within the NPD team—one of the key pillars of our R&D department.

As part of this cross‑functional environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams. From the spark of an idea to the moment a product hits the shelves, you’ll be involved in every stage of the development process, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to meaningful innovation in pet nutrition.
