Trainer

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis prior to commencement of SIRA accredited security guard training.
• Train candidates on the content of SIRA syllabus to appear in SIRA test including but not limited to Fire Fighting (FF), First Aid (FA), People of Determination (POD) and Physical Fitness or any other new trainings mandated by SIRA.
• Create training plan and schedule, and make it effectively communicated to the relevant trainees.
• Keep training materials in the forms of video clippings, audio clippings, SIRA handbook, and notes ready to be handed over to the relevant trainees.
• Conduct written test for both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to ensure that the relevant trainees are ready to appear in SIRA written test.
