Kemin is seeking a full-time Training and Development Specialist for our Missouri Campus.
Our Missouri Campus consists of operations in both Verona and Sarcoxie and was awarded 2025 Leader of the Pack for safety by Missouri Association of Manufacturers!
The primary location for this position is at our legacy manufacturing facility in Verona, MO.
The Training and Talent Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs for the Missouri Campus. This role partners with business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop practical learning solutions, and strengthen employee capabilities.
