Job Description

**OBJECTIVE**:The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization. They will assess training needs, develop curriculum, and manage the delivery of training sessions. The Training Coordinator will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS**:
