Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and evaluate technical training programs related to production skills for the workforce.
- Ensure training content aligns with organizational standards, safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct classroom, workshop and on-site instruction using demonstrations, hands‑on practice and visual aids.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and assessment tools in accordance with training objectives.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to identify skills gaps, adapt training to match project requirements and align with job‑site practices.
- Assess trainees’ progress through practical tests, quizzes, and skills assessments.
- Maintain accurate training records and feedback for evaluation and improvement.
