**Job Description Summary**: The Training Leader is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and execution of training initiatives for production, quality, and support personnel.
This role ensures that training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with company standards, customer requirements, and aerospace industry regulations (such as AS9100, AS13100 and GE Aerospace).
The Training Leader plays a key role in delivering effective training programs, maintaining training records, and ensuring workforce competency.
