Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Travel Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle travel-related customer inquiries, assist with bookings, and provide excellent support to clients using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or Undergraduate (at least 2 years completed)
- At least 1 year experience using GDS tools such as Amadeus, Apollo, or Sabre
- With Travel account experience in a BPO or customer service environment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage travel bookings
