Job Description
Position: Treasury Supervisor
- Oversee daily cash management, including fund transfers, monitoring of balances, and bank account reconciliations.
- Supervise and process disbursements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for company operations and projects.
- Coordinate with banks for account management, fund placements, loan transactions, and bank documentation.
- Prepare periodic cash flow reports and other treasury-related financial reports for management review.
- Support compliance with internal controls and company policies related to treasury and disbursements.
- Ensure all treasury records and transactions are properly documented and archived for audit and statutory compliance.
