TSYS Technical Lead – Production Support

Role: TSYS Tech Lead (E2E/API) Location: Toronto, ON Experience Required: 8-10 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced TSYS Tech Lead with strong expertise in TSYS/TS2 applications, API & MQ analysis, and production support to lead platform initiatives and technical assessments within a large banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of consumer and commercial card processing platforms, end-to-end integrations, and incident management. Top 3 Required Skills TSYS/TS2 Credit Card functionality across Statements, Authorizations, Rewards, Onboarding, Quick Remit, Centresuite, and related modules. Hands-on experience with TSYS batch processing and file management. Strong experience with APIs and MQ, including request/response analysis, issue triaging, and production investigations.
