About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and confident Tumbler Operator, to join our Austral Bricks manufacturing plant at Wollert, VIC. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the unloading and loading of brick production and storing product away safely and appropriately, ensuring pallets are correctly wrapped and labelled.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Ensure that all Occupational Health & Safety policies are followed.
• Hand stacking brick product off the outfeed conveyor line onto pallets.
• Drive twin and single tyne forklifts is highly preferable.
• Operating machinery.
• Unloading and removing waste brick bins.
• Unloading and loading of Tumbler production line.
• Ensuring pallets are correctly wrapped and labelled.
• Maintain/audit stocks of pallets, labels and packaging materials.
