About the job Ui/Ux Designer (Freelance)
What's the purpose of the role?
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead web projects end-to-end and independently publish to production. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a high standard of craft are essential — you'll be operating as part of our team, for our clients, with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
You'll work directly with the Ghost Sherpa Creative Director.
- You'll design and deliver:
- Complex web projects: UX strategy, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and full design systems in Figma
- Reusable component libraries and template systems for multi-brand, multi-client environments
- Web pages and microsites independently published via Framer, Figma Make (Figma Sites), or equivalent — no dev handoff
- Shopify storefronts: theme customization, section design, product pages, basic Liquid
- Email templates (Klaviyo / HubSpot) — ...
