The Global People Services Supervisor leads a team responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and timely HR operational support across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and data management to offboarding and employee records maintenance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience by overseeing the execution of standardized HR processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance with global and local labor regulations. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between employees, HR business partners, and other functional teams, often serving as the first point of contact for escalated employee inquiries and complex transactions.
