Job Description
Partnered with U.S. counterparts, the **UKG System Jr. Analyst** will serve as a member of Corporate IT’s business-facing team.
This position will coordinate HR/Payroll, IT, and Kronos managed services resources to deliver operational excellence and value-generating solutions to Mexico’s HR and Payroll functions, within a data driven organization. **UKG System Jr. Analyst** will provide tier 2 support for system related issues, coordinating engagement with the necessary internal and external resources to drive resolution.
**Responsibilities include**:
Corporate IT:
- Adhere to Enterprise technology and change management processes and policies
- Execute audit, system lifecycle, and regulatory controls
- Ensure compatibility of configurations and processes with the enterprise Kronos instance
- Identify enterprise wide opportunities for solution leverage
- Collaborate with US based team in operational, project and production support activities
