Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior to Manager-level UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing practice. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading end-to-end UKG WFM implementations and optimizations for clients across diverse industries. You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving both strategic guidance and hands‑on configuration, with a strong emphasis on system integrations.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver full‑lifecycle UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and post‑go‑live support engagements, owning both functional configuration and technical design
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex client business requirements into scalable WFM solutions covering timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and attendance
