Qualifications
- Degree leading to registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) or Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice) registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
- Current registration with the applicable professional body.
- Previous experience ensuring adherence to all relevant healthcare laws, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Post Basic Diploma in Nephrology Nursing.
- Qualifications in Management, Leadership, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A Quality Management or Risk Management qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a dialysis, renal, or acute healthcare environment.
