Key Responsibilities

• Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write professional, winning proposals to secure projects
• Communicate effectively with international clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain client communication until project conversion
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong English communication and writing skills
